Philippine Websites Mostly Not SEO-Friendly

In narrowing down prospective finalists for the DigitalFilipino Web Awards, I realized that a lot of the prominent and beautiful Filipino websites today have been missing for failing to fix their site for search engine visibility. The very basic but most prevalent reason is the lack of unique title tag for every page in a website.
